put flag and festun infront of your office, give slogan for strike demands.
hear only the union leaders.
answer the administration "I am acting as per the direction of my Union".
If administrations ask about the report regarding who will work or who willn't then reply " I have no information. If anybody submit a written ,I'll simply forward it."

Ensuing country wide indefinite strike from 13th july 2010
keep full preparedness for ensuing indefinite strike from 13 th july,2010.
keep contact with local 12th july committee and other mass organisation & ask their help.
organise local meeting in homely environment.Dicuss the agendas with comrades. If require ask the presence of Divl. leadership.
