Congratulation New Colleague
9 (Nine) outsider candidates are selected as Postal Assistant in our Division namely Shri Sudha Satta Bhunia,Sangita Das,Sri Avijit Pal,Sri Tamal Kanti Manna,Sri Nanigopal Patra,Sri Arnab Bera,Sri Sumit Kumar Mahakur,Smt Nandita Kamila and Sri Biswajit Dey. We convey our heartiest congratulation to their proud selection.

Cancellation of Training order of the newly selected Postmen
one training order was issued vide Divl office letter No-B-2A/Postman Exam/2008 dt 20.10.10 to the candidates, recently passed in the Postman Exam. The training was scheduled w.e.f. 01.11.10 to 10.11.10. But unfortunately the training order has been deferred for unknown reason resulting delay in joining as Postman cadre. Thus the candidates are loosing their length of service & financial benefits.
The matter has been addressed to the Supdt vide letter No-NFP-4/Misc dtd 8.11.10 for early training & posting.

MACP

Though the MACP board has been constituted after such delay and though it has been approved by the Regional Office, the same neither been circulated by the Divl Head amongst the staff nor a copy of the same has been given to the service Union. The effect also not been given in salary. All nearby Divisions already paid the arrears amount of MACP.
we have again communicated our resentment due to delay in implementation of MACP vide our letter No-NFP-3/Misc/Corr/TMK dtd 08.11.10.

Confirmation Test of PAs

Confirmation test of the PAs, scheduled to be held on 07.11.10. But the same couldn't be held due to callousness of the Divisional Head. The matter had been brought to the notice of the PMG, SB Region. He was very sorry for the incident and assured Divl Secretary to hold proper inquiry. According inquiry already started on 8.11.10.
Two candidates for confirmation test was Com Soumita Maity,PA,Panskura SO. & Com Sujan Adhikary ,PA,Mahishadal SO.
we have written to the Supdt to meet him in a deputation on 11.11.2010 regarding the subject that why the matter like an examination be such neglected ?
