All Office-bearers and invitees are requested to be present in the meeting in time positively.

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last working committee.

2. Proceedings to be followed in the General Body Meeting dtd 09.11.2014.

3. Adoption of important issues.

4. Miscellaneous with permission of the chair.
