This conference of NFPE
Group of Unions, Tamluk Division held at Srikrishnapur High School, Po- Dakshin
Srikrishnapur on 25.10.2015, express its strong resentment over the abnormal
delay in joining of the selected Postal Assistant candidates of 2013-2014
batch. Despite proper direction vide Dte No-A-34013/05/2014-DE dtd 9.9.2015 and
subsequent clear direction to the Divisional Head for joining of the said
candidates vide C.O. letter No- Rectt/R-8/Direct Quota/2014/Part-II dtd
06.10.2015, no order regarding resumption of In-House Training or joining
order , has yet been issued, obeying the time framed by the Directorate.
The candidates and their
family members are in tremendous anxiety. Some of the candidates have already
submitted their unwillingness to join in the Department.
This conference
therefore resolved that serious efforts should be taken by the all tiers of
Administration for early resumption of In-house training and early joining of
the newly selected PA candidates of 2013-14 batch, maintaining the time framed
by the Directorate, considering serious staff-shortage of this Division.
Be it further resolved
that a copy of this resolution will be sent to the Chief Postmaster General,
West Bengal Circle, demanding immediate action.
