NOTICE

It is hereby notified that an urgent joint meeting of the extended working committees of AIPEU-GDS(NFPE), AIPEU, Gr-C, AIPEU, Postmen & MTS and PWU, Tamluk Divisional Branches as well as a Covention will be held on 10-04-2016 Sunday at 10-30 hours at Dak-karmee Bhawan to discuss over the following agenda. All Office-bearers, members of the working committees and invitees are requested to be present in the meeting in time positively.

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last working committee meeting.
2. Reporting of Circle Conference/All India Conference.
3. Problems of GDS/ Cont. Paid workers / Gr-C/ Postman & MTS employees.
4. Problems of CBS – our views.
5. Memorandum to GDS committee.
6. Membership Verification.
7. Ensuing Legislative Assembly Election and our role.
8. Ensuing Indefinite Strike, called by all Central Govt Employees including Railway employees, from 11^th July 2016.
9. Collection of Dues including Coupon Book of last Conference held at Srikrishnapur (Byabattarhat).
10. Misc
