It is  intimated that  the  following officials   will  represent  this AIPEU, Gr-C, Tamluk Divl. Branch   in the ensuing monthly meeting. The officials   may be relived in time. The new items of   agenda to be discussed in the   meeting in addition  to the   old items   are  given  hereunder .

2-2/2013 : Non implementation of tenure & transfer memo.

3-2/2013:  .Abnormal delay in formation of MACP board.

4-2/2013 : Supply of computers & peripherals to all offices and at least two computer in single hand sub offices.

5-2/2013 : Non sanction of TA bill-case of Bidyut Kr Maity. Non sanction of transfer TA Bill- case of Kumaresh Sarkar.

6-2/2013: Non sanction of MIS incentive bills. Case of Sri Bidyut Kumar Maity, Babulal Samanta etc.

7-2/2013 : Non sanction medical bills. Case of Tapan Kr Kandar.

8-2/2013 : Irregularity in MACP memo-case of Bhabani Charan Das, Rathindra Nath Pakhira.

9-2/2013 : Non sanction of HRA & HRLA to the SPM, Kismat Bajkul S.O.

10-2/2013 : Non  granting leave to the SPMs of single hand offices and partiality while giving deputations from some offices. Case of Geonkhali, Kheput, Balidangri, Gopalnagar etc. may be referred.

11-2/2013 : Nonpayment of Treasury allowance. Case of Moyna S.O, Mecheda S.O may be referred.

12-2/2013:  Posting of one PA as offg SDI(P) and deputation from Kelomal S.O. thereof.

13-2/2013: Filling up the post of  HSG-I,HSG-II & LSG .

14-2/2013: Induction training of the newly recruited PA s/ Outsider PAs( passed from GDS) & LGO.

15-2/2013: Non payment of training allowance. Case of Gurudas Pandit may be referred.
