Dear friend,

      You are well aware that Central JCA has been formed at all India level and all the members of the unions under JCA will embark upon two days Strike from 20^th Feb 2013 to 21^st Feb 2013 throughout the country on 10 points common charter of demands  and 8 points of demands in Part-II.

      Members of our beloved Divisional Unions also eager to participate in the stated strike on JCA banner by formation of JCA at Divisional level.

      You are therefore requested to fix a suitable date & time for joint meeting for formation of JCA at Divisional level and intimate us early, for further action.
